CPVC 1/2" IQ Series Injection Quill and Check Valve

Ensures that chemical feed systems inject into the centre of a process stream for better mixing and to prevent corrosion inside the process pipe. The integral check valve prevents the process fluid from going back up the chemical line. Quill supplied with 45° bevel.

• 1/2" MNPT True Union End Connections. (Standard)
• Material: CPVC Cell Class 23447 per ASTM D1784.
  
• Built-in ball check valve with Hastelloy C spring (not rebuildable)
• Thermoplastic Injection Quill with Beveled Tip.
• Ball Check Valve with VITON (FPM) O-Rings. (Standard)
• Pressure rated to 150 psi @ 70°F/10 Bar at 21°C.
